Calls for investigation into claims that submissions for chemotherapy inquiry were 'vetted'

The clerk of the NSW parliament has been asked to investigate claims health department employees were required to get approval from senior bureaucrats before making submissions to an inquiry into underdosing of chemotherapy patients at Sydney hospitals.
