Court hears Daily Telegraph application to bring cross-claim against Sydney Theatre Company

Lawyers for the Daily Telegraph have argued they should be allowed to add the Sydney Theatre Company to a defamation case brought by actor Geoffrey Rush because the theatre company issued a statement saying a complaint was made about him.
