Hyde Park rapist Joseph Rosenburg loses appeal after arguing victim lured him

Joseph Stephen Rosenburg saw a sick teenager lying on a Sydney street, followed her into Hyde Park, and repeatedly raped her. But he claims he was the victim of a scam.
