Si Travel Group acquires Freestyle from Pinpoint Travel Group.Sydney-based Si Travel Group has just announced the acquisition of Freestyle Holidays, with the deal also including the license to operate Fiji's Rosie Holidays in Australia.The acquisition from Pinpoint Travel Group will be effective 01 December and will see Freestyle Holidays relocate from its current offices in Rozelle to nearby Balmain.Si Travel Group is a newly formed company headed up by Tui Eruera, who is also a co-founder and director of business-to-business travel booking service The Livn Group.Eruera said the deal will help position Si Travel as a "leader in wholesale distribution and service products in the travel industry.
